Compliance Operations Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational management of the global compliance programs function.

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance compliance processes, frameworks, and workflows.

• Collaborate with compliance subject matter experts across various risk areas.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks.

• Create and execute a comprehensive, enterprise-wide compliance communications strategy.

• Design and lead innovative, multi-channel compliance awareness campaigns.

• Generate engaging content for newsletters, intranet sites, video messages, and other formats.

• Measure the effectiveness of communications and campaigns.

• Prepare impactful presentations, board materials, and executive briefings.

• Manage internal events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, law, or a related field.

• 10+ years of professional experience.

• At least 8 years in compliance, ethics, risk management, or a closely related role.

• Proven experience in managing compliance operations.

• Established track record of developing and executing compliance communications strategies and awareness campaigns.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working across various jurisdictions.

• Strong project management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and deliver results on time and within budget.
