This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the operational aspects of the global compliance programs function.
• Create, implement, and continuously enhance compliance processes, frameworks, and workflows.
• Collaborate with compliance subject matter experts across various risk areas.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for enterprise-wide compliance.
• Design and lead innovative, multi-channel compliance awareness campaigns.
• Produce engaging content in a variety of formats.
• Work closely with business segments and other departments to ensure the integration of compliance messaging.
• Assess the effectiveness of communications and campaigns via surveys and engagement analytics.
• Assist the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in preparing impactful presentations and executive briefings.
• Organize internal events such as Integrity Week.
• A bachelor's degree in business, communications, law, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in compliance, ethics, risk management, or a closely related field within a large multinational organization.
• Proven experience in managing compliance operations, including program governance, process improvement, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing compliance communications strategies and awareness campaigns on an enterprise scale.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex regulatory and compliance topics into clear, engaging, and accessible messaging for diverse audiences.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and navigating the complexities of a global operational environment.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results punctually and within budget.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
