Compliance Nurse 2 – LTC Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducts on-site assessments of long-term care facilities that are regulated by the state.

• Assesses compliance with relevant state and/or federal regulations.

• Reviews, monitors, and ensures adherence to the policies and procedures of the assigned program area.

• Evaluates complex medical situations and prepares survey documentation while adhering to strict deadlines.

• Leads, plans, organizes, and oversees all nursing activities within the assigned facility.

• Compiles a report detailing findings and deficiencies along with appropriate evidence to substantiate the deficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

• At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role.

• Current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse.

• Possession of a valid Georgia driver's license.
