Compliance Monitoring Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute monitoring tasks in accordance with the Risk and Compliance Monitoring Framework and industry best practices.

• Assist in implementing the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.

• Carry out designated reviews and oversight activities on time and to high standards.

• Conduct ad-hoc monitoring for specific business areas as required.

• Clearly and promptly communicate review results to the business.

• Monitor and escalate actions from oversight work, ensuring timely resolution.

• Utilize management information (MI) to identify exceptions and improve oversight.

• Provide regular reports, trend analyses, and updates on progress.

• Aid business areas in enhancing the outcomes of monitoring reviews.

• Familiarity with Jensten’s propositions, products, and pricing – Foundation level.

• Knowledge of insurance and the marketplace – Intermediate level.

• Proficiency in data analysis – Intermediate level.
