Compliance Manager – Triage Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Assess, triage, and manage incoming Global Speak-Up reports.

• Analyze allegations for risk levels and prioritization.

• Delegate cases to the proper investigative teams.

• Ensure compliance with global policies and procedures that uphold RTX’s Code of Conduct.

• Conduct investigations in the workplace.

• Track the progress of cases.

• Maintain data integrity within investigation systems.

• Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, Security, and business leadership.

• Ensure that compliance concerns are managed appropriately.

• Foster transparency, accountability, and effective escalation practices.

• Prepare case summaries and keep detailed investigation records.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience.

• Background in compliance, investigations, ethics, operations, legal matters, HR, or related fields.

• Knowledge of triage, risk assessment, or incident intake processes.

• Prior experience in workplace or other investigations, including fact-finding and documentation.

• Familiarity with case management or investigation recording systems.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as HR, Legal, Security, and Operations.

• Understanding of global compliance policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

• Capacity to manage confidential or sensitive issues with professionalism.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft case summaries.

• U.S. citizenship, U.S. person status, or qualifying immigration status is required; only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information under this program/contract.
