This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Managing and supporting the mortgage servicing compliance program to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.
• Act as the primary compliance point of contact for the Company’s servicing activities.
• Oversee regulatory examinations and address complaints related to servicing.
• Drive enterprise-wide change management initiatives in response to regulatory updates.
• Update and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes.
• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the position or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least seven years of experience in mortgage compliance, with a minimum of three years dedicated to loan servicing compliance.
• A minimum of three years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based platforms, and third-party software applications.
