This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Coordinate, manage, and oversee licensing obligations for both established and newly regulated igaming markets.
• Effectively communicate and foster strong relationships with regulatory authorities to secure approvals and ensure the company adheres to regulatory requirements in its jurisdictions.
• Collaborate closely with other key stakeholders, both internally and externally, within the regulatory landscape.
• Aid in the evaluation of igaming regulatory compliance standards in existing and newly regulated markets.
• Take ownership of and implement the company's certification roadmap.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and best practices in compliance control, both within and outside the organization.
• Identify, document, and enhance the efficiency of business processes to align with compliance requirements and adhere to regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
• Create project plans, reports, and schedules for relevant stakeholders and teams to manage expectations, ensuring that work is completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc duties as needed.
• A minimum of 3 years in a compliance-focused role within the gaming industry, coupled with knowledge of gambling products.
• Experience in Regulatory Compliance across various European jurisdictions from a B2B provider perspective.
• Profound understanding of best practices regarding compliance for RNG-driven and Live Casino games.
• Strong knowledge of the certification lifecycle, with experience collaborating with various laboratories (QUINEL, GLI, BMM, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, effective networking ability, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Experience communicating with individuals at all levels as an expert, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a high level of integrity.
• Background in project management, including developing project plans, tracking progress, preparing reports, and managing expectations.
• A commercial mindset and strong business acumen.
• Adaptable and agile, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and swiftly responding to internal or external changes that necessitate reprioritization.
• Possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
