Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance and support for the development, enhancement, and upkeep of risk management initiatives.

• Create and execute data-driven analyses of risks to pinpoint essential trends and insights.

• Evaluate, quantify, and ensure adherence to existing regulatory and third-party frameworks.

• Aid in drafting, developing, and sustaining policies, procedures, and other governance documents.

• Assist in establishing scalable internal processes and controls, including contract tracking and compliance.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of targeted and organization-wide training programs and materials, while monitoring regulatory changes impacting training.

• Establish and uphold an effective compliance communication program for the organization.

• Provide assistance with corporate governance responsibilities and compliance, encompassing subsidiary management and ESG initiatives.

• Address functional department requests and transactions, while supporting a variety of corporate legal and compliance matters, including investigations, collecting internal information related to governmental or regulatory obligations, preparing documents for customers and the public, assisting with corporate insurance-related issues, and various general administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with compliance teams across diverse geographies and risk domains (vendor management, anti-corruption, privacy, etc.), preferably in the technology sector.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing a robust, comprehensive compliance program, which includes drafting and executing policies and training programs across a wide array of compliance subjects. Proficiency with risk and compliance management tools is essential.

• SCCE or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a JD/LLM is an advantage.
