This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies for quarterly compliance testing, perform quality control reviews of controls, and document findings to ensure that Engine remains a leader in the industry and audit-ready from day one.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and create seamless experiences for our customers by facilitating compliance reviews for new product launches, feature releases, and marketing initiatives across all product lines (Engine X, Direct Bill, Travel, and Rewards).
• Oversee the daily governance of Engine's Compliance Management System (CMS), which includes BSA/AML oversight, tracking regulatory changes, and maintaining policies to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver outstanding support and insights to our clients, ensuring that every interaction with Engine surpasses expectations by systematically quality-checking automated outputs, managing complaint trend reporting, and ensuring strict adherence to banking partner and regulatory standards.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in fintech, banking, payments, or compliance within regulated financial services.
• You are a problem-solver with a solid understanding of BSA/AML, Regulation Z, UDAAP, and compliance testing/monitoring, thriving in dynamic, innovative settings.
• Additional credit if you have proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, SEON, or compliance automation tools.
• You are prepared to get involved, collaborate, and produce impactful results within a lean team structure with high ownership expectations.
