Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Prepare and uphold the necessary documentation for acquiring and maintaining B2B gambling licenses across various jurisdictions.

• Perform legal research and keep track of regulatory requirements relevant to the company's operations.

• Evaluate legal risks and offer practical recommendations for compliance.

• Facilitate communication with licensing authorities, external legal advisors, and international consultants.

• Assist in licensing processes from initial preparation to ongoing maintenance and regulatory reporting.

• Execute KYC and Due Diligence checks for business partners.

• Gather, review, verify, and maintain KYC documentation.

• Keep partners' compliance records updated and monitor the validity of documentation.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to licensing obligations and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of legal experience.

• At least 2 years of experience within the iGaming/Gambling sector.

• Demonstrated experience in obtaining and maintaining B2B gambling licenses.

• Proficient in preparing licensing documentation and liaising with regulatory authorities.

• Experience in conducting legal research and analyzing regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

• Practical experience with KYC and Due Diligence processes.

• Strong understanding of civil, corporate, commercial, intellectual property, international, and banking law.

• Experience in negotiating and collaborating with international legal consultants and external advisors.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.

• Preferred: experience with various international licensing jurisdictions, AML/CTF compliance, regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring, and working with international B2B technology or iGaming firms.
