This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute background checks and drug screenings in accordance with each client's specifications.
• Ensure adherence to the performance of Quality System procedures relevant to the job role.
• Comply with all company regulations, policies, work processes, and directives.
• Oversee the completion of new hire onboarding paperwork for Human Resources.
• Gather any outstanding onboarding and background documentation.
• Engage in special projects as assigned.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional office setting.
• Experience in data entry.
• Background in staffing.
• Preferred experience as an office coordinator or in administrative support.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient with technology.
• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency.
• Familiarity with the Recruiting and Staffing Industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possession of an Associate's degree, High School Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
