Compliance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee client projects from start to finish: collect requirements, request essential data, manage projects adhering to milestones and deadlines, and deliver outcomes.

• Produce tangible deliverables such as gap analyses, project tracking, and final reports; potentially also including ratings, analyses, and CO₂ footprints.

• Utilize the Sunhat software for the execution of client projects.

• Assist clients in navigating regulatory-intensive ESG and compliance processes, simplifying complex regulations.

• Manage direct communication with clients, encompassing kick-off meetings, status updates, urgent inquiries, and final presentations.

• Create templates, processes, and documentation to enhance the Proof Services sector.

• Ensure close alignment between consulting and customer success teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Independently oversee client projects from initiation to completion, including requirement gathering, deadline oversight, and outcome presentation.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Interest in ESG or compliance matters and a readiness to swiftly learn new regulations.

• Comfort with evolving requirements and open questions in a growing environment.

• Proficiency in crafting clear, compelling narratives for presentations and client communications from limited or incomplete information.

• Capability to build trust across team divisions.

• Fluent in both German and English for daily client interactions.

• Previous experience in ESG or compliance is advantageous but not mandatory.

• This role is not designed for entry-level consultants; prior experience in independently managing client projects is specifically desired.
