Compliance Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold compliance training that simplifies intricate regulatory requirements into engaging and clear learning experiences, empowering employees to fulfill their compliance obligations across various jurisdictions.

• Assist in managing Affirm's compliance training program by monitoring completions, keeping training records, coordinating enrollments, and producing reports along with audit-ready documentation.

• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to obtain feedback, oversee content updates, and ensure that training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented.

• Contribute to Shared Services governance programs by engaging in risk assessments, regulatory change management, and compliance issue management through documentation, reporting, action tracking, and evidence gathering.

• Ensure organized documentation, version control, and evidence in line with established governance standards and procedures.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancing training materials, documentation, and operational processes to improve the efficiency and consistency of compliance programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Audit, Controls, or analogous governance programs, ideally within financial services, fintech, or another regulated sector.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining compliance, risk, policy, or operational training, including content creation, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and managing documentation and version control.

• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, capable of translating complex regulatory or policy requirements into clear and practical learning content.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to independently manage assigned tasks, adhere to established processes, and maintain precise documentation and evidence.

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across different functions and time zones while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Familiarity with instructional design principles, multi-jurisdiction compliance training, or governance activities such as regulatory change management, risk assessments, or compliance issue management is advantageous.
