This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assess procurement transactions within SAP and Ariba to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Confirm the accurate and prompt completion of goods receipts.

• Detect, investigate, and resolve compliance discrepancies related to purchase orders, goods receipts, invoices, and vendor transactions.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Receiving, and Business Unit stakeholders to address compliance challenges.

• Perform regular audits of procurement transactions and document the outcomes.

• Monitor and report on compliance metrics, trends, and areas of risk.

• Assist with month-end and quarter-end compliance reviews and reporting processes.

• Aid in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, controls, and training documentation.

• Suggest process enhancements to bolster procurement compliance and improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in procurement, finance operations, accounts payable, compliance, or related areas.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and procurement platforms like Ariba.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and various reporting tools.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience in project-based or percentage-of-completion accounting environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of procurement, project accounting, or financial control processes is preferred.

• Experience with compliance reporting and KPI development is preferred.

• Familiarity with SOX controls or internal audit practices is preferred.

• Up to 10% travel may be necessary.

• A valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer locations.
