Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Document internal procedures and assist the compliance team in the development and enhancement of compliance protocols.

• Maintain and perform regular reviews of necessary documentation.

• Create and uphold a file management system.

• Offer administrative support to the compliance department, including managing subawards and ensuring adherence to portfolio and program compliance.

• Aid in compliance reporting as needed.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as investments, finance, and legal to embed compliance measures within portfolio management processes.

• Contribute as a member of a compliance team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Advocate for a culture of compliance and ethics throughout the organization, enhancing awareness and understanding of compliance responsibilities among staff members.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in compliance, grants management, regulatory affairs, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Familiarity with file management systems and data analytics tools.

• Knowledge of applicable federal regulations, including 2 CFR Part 200 and OMB circulars, is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area; advanced certification or degree is preferred.
