Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Investigating and addressing complaints related to company policies, procedures, and FCA regulatory guidelines.

• Assisting teammates in resolving breaches, errors, and omissions.

• Ensuring all incidents are documented and reviewed as part of a root cause analysis to identify trends.

• Supporting the team with internal and FCA reporting.

• Aiding in the oversight management of appointed representatives and introducers.

• Assessing processes to guarantee best practices are adhered to and providing suggestions for enhancements.

• Evaluating financial promotions to ensure compliance and that they are not misleading.

• Basic proficiency in Excel.

• Competent written communication skills.

• Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
