This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the implementation of Array’s Compliance Management Program along with associated policies, procedures, and controls.
• Carry out compliance assessments of marketing materials, consumer-facing content, disclosures, websites, customer journeys, and communications.
• Facilitate compliance evaluations for new products, features, client use cases, and third-party partnerships.
• Execute compliance monitoring and testing activities to evaluate adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Support investigations of consumer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, report trends, and manage remediation efforts.
• Aid regulatory change management initiatives by tracking and assessing new laws, regulations, and supervisory guidance.
• Collaborate with teams from Product, Marketing, Client Success, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Information Security to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Assist in client due diligence reviews and ongoing oversight activities.
• Maintain compliance documentation, including risk assessments, issue logs, corrective action plans, and supporting evidence.
• Create reports and presentations for management, committees, and internal stakeholders.
• Support compliance obligations for sponsor banks, credit bureaus, and third parties as necessary.
• Research and evaluate relevant laws and regulations such as FCRA, FACTA, UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, GLBA, ECOA, Reg E, Reg Z, SCRA, and privacy requirements.
• Promote a culture of compliance by offering practical guidance and support to business partners.
• Cultivate a habit of utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency in thinking, building, and shipping—it should be your default approach, not an afterthought.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, legal, financial services, fintech, banking, consumer finance, or a related field.
• Proficient understanding of consumer protection regulations, including some combination of:
• Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
• UDAAP
• CAN-SPAM
• GLBA / Privacy
• ECOA / Reg B
• Reg E
• Reg Z
• SCRA
• Exceptional analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to convey regulatory concepts to non-compliance audiences.
• Experience in reviewing consumer-facing communications, disclosures, marketing materials, or customer journeys.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, remote environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent business tools.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to foster strong relationships across teams.
