This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Represents and litigates complex and high-stakes cases.

• Serves as the primary attorney during hearings, conferences, interviews, mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials.

• Formulates and implements strategies and arguments in preparation for trial.

• Leverages knowledge of legal precedents to assess the likely outcomes of cases.

• Evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of various approaches to a case.

• Offers job-related mentorship, guidance, and training to fellow attorneys.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing cases of high complexity and/or significant exposure.

• First chair jury trial experience and/or equivalent court experience is essential.

• Extensive understanding of both procedural and substantive legal principles.

• Exceptional skills across all domains, including trial advocacy, public speaking, communication, case preparation, strategy development, negotiation, depositions, expert witness management, damages assessment, evaluation, reporting, and client/customer relations.
