This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Design, configure, and manage Workday Compensation within a global setting, ensuring strong alignment with Core HCM foundations and the impacts on upstream and downstream processes.
• Collaborate with Total Reward COE partners to analyze requirements, pinpoint opportunities, and implement Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions that positively affect the entire Agilent workforce.
• Lead and facilitate continuous enhancements throughout annual cycles, including bonuses, stock options, and merit increases.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of global HR and Compensation data and its implications for integrations, downstream workflows, and reporting.
• Conduct Workday release assessments, evaluate new features pertinent to Compensation and Core HCM, organize testing, and promote changes that enhance process efficiency.
• Take ownership or assist with small to medium initiatives/projects across various regions, collaborating across functions and time zones to achieve desired outcomes.
• May be required to support special projects as necessary, including reorganizations, acquisitions, or other complex HCM or organizational initiatives.
• Aid in the testing strategy and execution (including test plans, test cases, and UAT coordination), ensuring high quality and a stable user experience.
• Develop and maintain user documentation when necessary.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, IT, or a related discipline.
• Strong Workday HCM experience, encompassing configuration, test case development, and test execution.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing Workday Compensation, as well as Advanced Compensations.
• In-depth understanding of Job Architecture design and Global Compensation structures to facilitate automation.
• Analytical mindset with a comfort level in utilizing Workday reporting/analytics to inform decisions, track adoption, and drive enhancements.
• Experience working with teams across diverse geographical locations in multicultural settings; able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across regions.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and customer-centric design capabilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain data privacy.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and embrace new and unfamiliar assignments in a fast-paced environment.
