This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee compensation plans, quotas, credits, adjustments, exceptions, and payout processes.
• Create and sustain scalable procedures that guarantee precise and efficient management of compensation.
• Establish and uphold compensation policies, ensuring uniform application of all program rules across GTM teams.
• Manage field support triaging for compensation-related queries, enhancing communication between GTM personnel and back-office teams.
• Conduct recurring compensation payout cycles, reconciliations, and operational closing processes.
• Handle generation, distribution, tracking, and record management of compensation letters.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Finance to support governance, approvals, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Create reports, dashboards, and quality assurance processes to enhance visibility and accuracy.
• Act as a primary point of contact for field questions and inquiries regarding compensation.
• Develop and maintain support resources, FAQs, documentation, and intake processes.
• Work alongside Enablement and Sales Leadership to enhance understanding, adoption, and trust in compensation programs.
• 8+ years of experience in compensation operations, sales operations, revenue operations, finance operations, or related operational roles.
• Extensive experience in administering variable compensation programs at scale.
• Strong background with compensation systems and operational tools.
• Experience in executing payout cycles, quota workflows, plan administration, and compensation governance.
• Proven ability to create and enhance scalable operational processes in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, systems, and problem-solving abilities.
• A hands-on approach with a high degree of accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Comfort in balancing strategic context with day-to-day operational execution.
