This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +7 more states.
• Evaluate market data and internal compensation practices to suggest competitive salary structures and pay scales.
• Assist with annual compensation initiatives such as merit increases, bonuses, and promotional pay programs.
• Perform job evaluations and create and uphold our global architecture framework to guarantee consistency across various functions and levels.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership on compensation-related decisions, offers, and pay recommendations.
• Oversee pay equity and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including the evolving global pay transparency standards.
• Create tools, dashboards, and reports to deliver insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Engage in salary surveys and analyze market data for leadership interpretation.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience, ideally within a mid- to large-sized organization, focusing on global compensation analysis.
• Proficient in market pricing, job evaluation, and the administration of compensation programs.
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with HR systems, preferably Workday, along with experience in Payfactors.
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and consulting abilities—capable of converting complex data into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
