Compensation & Benefits Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Administer compensation systems, databases, tools, access, documentation, and data updates.

• Prepare, analyze, and audit compensation and benefits data, reports, and dashboards.

• Support annual merit, base pay, and bonus processes, ensuring alignment with policy.

• Collaborate with global HR teams, Finance, IT, HRIS, Internal Audit, and external vendors.

• Engage in compensation surveys, job matching, market analysis, and pay range reviews.

• Assist with job evaluation, grading, and related documentation.

• Ensure that SAP, Reward, MySuccess, and related systems fulfill the requirements of compensation and benefits processes.

• Aid in system testing, implementation, process documentation, and user guidance.

• Identify opportunities to enhance, automate, and standardize compensation and benefits processes.

• Provide analysis and recommendations to support decisions related to rewards in the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or another analytical field.

• Experience in HR, compensation and benefits, reward, or an analytical role with a strong focus on data.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Strong skills in data management, reporting, analysis, and handling complex datasets.

• Good understanding of compensation processes, benefits, job evaluation, grading, and organizational structures.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP, MySuccess, Reward, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to processes.

• Capacity to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience with compensation surveys, market data, process improvement, or benefits plans is an advantage.
