📋 Description

• Facilitates the design, management, and evaluation of compensation programs that ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices throughout the organization.

• Performs market pricing, job evaluations, compensation analyses, and ongoing program administration while collaborating with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and organizational leaders to support compensation decisions, pay initiatives, and job architecture.

• Aids in compensation projects, survey participation, reporting, compliance efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the organization’s total rewards programs.

• Addresses compensation-related inquiries from HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, managers, and business leaders concerning compensation policies, market data, and job evaluation procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is required.

• Generally requires two to four years of experience in compensation, total rewards, human resources, finance, or related analytical fields.

• Proficient understanding of compensation principles, market pricing methodologies, job evaluation techniques, salary administration, and pay practices.

• Experience with Workday, MS Excel, compensation survey platforms, and data analysis tools is essential.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate compensation concepts to managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive compensation and employee information.

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or progress toward certification is preferred.
