This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the design, execution, and management of the Company's compensation programs.
• Perform market pricing utilizing healthcare and general industry surveys.
• Support the creation, implementation, and upkeep of salary frameworks.
• Develop and sustain compensation models.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations regarding compensation.
• Collaborate with Talent Management Partners to offer compensation advice that aligns with internal equity.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2–4+ years of progressive experience in compensation, People Team analytics, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in working with compensation surveys and benchmarking techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced skills in Excel (including modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation).
