This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Precisely calculate commission payouts for various divisions within FUJIFILM North America Corporation, FUJIFILM Canada, and other FUJIFILM entities by examining sales data, commission plan regulations, and approved modifications.
• Ensure that all commission payments adhere to established guidelines and are executed promptly.
• Collaborate with sales management and/or sales operations to address discrepancies and confirm payout accuracy prior to final approval.
• Address inquiries and offer clear, detailed explanations related to commission calculations, payment timelines, plan regulations, and eligibility criteria.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve complex or escalated issues, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
• Maintain the accuracy and currency of the commission system database by conducting regular audits, data cleansing, and updating participant details, sales records, and commission plan parameters.
• Create and deliver comprehensive reports as requested by management or other departments to provide insights into commission payouts, plan performance, participant activities, and sales trends.
• Utilize commission software tools for data extraction and analysis.
• Proactively undertake additional responsibilities or special projects assigned by management, which may encompass cross-functional initiatives, process enhancements, compliance audits, system upgrades, or involvement in internal committees.
• Exhibit flexibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities to support the overall success of the commission administration team.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Knowledge and capability to assist in the design, implementation, and assessment of compensation programs, policies, and processes within an organization.
• Familiarity with salary planning tools and methodologies, job evaluation techniques, and market salary trends; ability to develop and implement salary programs.
