📋 Description

• Assist hosts and travelers through HubSpot, WhatsApp, and our platform's Inbox.

• Address conflicts with empathy and professionalism, adhering to platform policies.

• Document interactions and feedback within HubSpot (CRM).

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance the product and user experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support, particularly in digital platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in advanced English.

• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.

• Basic knowledge of Portuguese.
