This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead initiatives aimed at achieving membership and enrollment objectives through marketing projects, new market strategies, health fairs, community engagements, training sessions, retention efforts, sales visibility, outreach, networking, and lead generation.
• Conduct research and evaluate market and business opportunities.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, collaborate on, and facilitate meetings, presentations, training sessions, orientations, focus groups, field marketing events, and various projects.
• Establish and sustain business relationships and information to enhance membership and enrollment goals.
• Represent the department in internal and external vendor meetings, departmental gatherings, cross-functional collaborations, community events, and provider meetings.
• Create sales and broker product training materials, member retention strategies, new member training, and outreach presentations.
• Serve as the department liaison for market materials, collateral distributions, inventory management, and reporting.
• Act as the primary contact for significant projects.
• Collaborate with management on documentation of workflow policies and procedures, strategy, planning, product development, collateral, and sales tactics.
• Identify and initiate field marketing efforts, grassroots lead generation, provider co-op opportunities, and community venue engagements.
• Work alongside the sales team to ensure effective market execution.
• Develop strategies to boost crossover enrollment and support outreach activities.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales/marketing.
• Experience in health insurance or managed care is preferred.
• Familiarity with government products is preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree for positions at Fidelis Care and Medicare.
• Must reside in Georgia, preferably within the metro Atlanta area.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory is essential.
• Up to 80% travel required for Medicare positions.
• Certain language skills may be necessary for specific plans.
• A Driver’s License may be mandatory for some plans.
• Life and Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment if required by the business unit/department.
