This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Generate fresh referrals, engage in outreach, and offer marketing assistance within a designated territory.
• Inform clients, families, support systems, Regional Center personnel, and public audiences about the services provided by Aveanna.
• Drive revenue enhancement and collaborate with location management to ensure profitability.
• Develop and maintain a robust referral network throughout the designated area.
• Travel regularly to assigned Regional Centers to establish, nurture, and sustain relationships.
• Represent Aveanna at offsite meetings, training sessions, community events, conferences, expos, and resource fairs.
• Plan, budget, forecast, and execute events and projects across California, which may include overnight travel.
• Deliver educational training sessions.
• Prepare and produce informational materials for events.
• Develop community relations initiatives to enhance brand awareness and regional market presence.
• Investigate and resolve sensitive inquiries and complaints.
• Identify potential growth opportunities and service lines.
• Serve as Aveanna's liaison to Regional Centers and other Community Based Organizations.
• Assist with referral utilization management and follow-up communication.
• Manage and gather feedback from referral sources, clients, and the community.
• High School Diploma.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, positive, and empathetic demeanor.
• Capability to work with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
• Skill in communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated individual.
• Valid Driver's License and driving record that meets company standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must comply with confidentiality standards and professional boundaries.
• Strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Skill in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and teams.
• Proficient in speaking, writing, reading, and understanding English clearly.
• Willingness to travel, including possible overnight trips.
• Reliable transportation with a well-maintained, insured vehicle and current state registration.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and twist for extended periods.
• Ability to sit and navigate stairs.
• Visual and auditory acuity; strong sense of smell and touch.
• Ability to operate in varied environments, potentially exposed to allergens.
• Compliance with necessary health-related vaccinations and testing, subject to applicable exemptions.
• Preferred: experience in community-based or social services.
• Preferred: familiarity with Regional Center systems.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or another language deemed necessary by Aveanna (as specified under Bilingual requirements).
