Community Relations & Education Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic business partner by engaging with Hemophilia Chapters and Foundations.

• Deliver both formal and informal presentations to the bleeding disorder community.

• Work collaboratively with field teams to ensure alignment in strategic and tactical efforts.

• Oversee relationships with territory Specialty Pharmacies and organize educational programming.

• Gather insights from interactions with the bleeding disorder community to inform brand needs.

• Organize and conduct Chapter engagements and executive meetings at conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Exceptional presentation and platform experience/skills.

• At least 3 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry (clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in rare diseases or rare blood disorders may be considered in lieu of industry experience).

• Proven leadership abilities.

• Capacity to effectively communicate ideas to individuals or groups, tailoring presentations to meet audience needs.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Strong project management capabilities, including advanced analytical and planning skills.

• Proficiency in managing multiple projects at the same time.

• Ability to implement strategic and tactical plans under tight deadlines.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Must live within the designated geographic area of the assigned territory or within a reasonable distance as specified by leadership.

• Expected travel of 60-80%; this may vary based on geographic location and may include weekends and evenings.
