Community Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Interact with users via chats, phone calls, and in-app communications

• Promote and facilitate activities geared towards users

• Gain insights into user behavior and needs

• Cultivate relationships with users from diverse backgrounds

• Monitor and report on trends, issues, and micro-opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate closely with the team to convert user insights into actionable strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college program or a recent graduate

• Open to any field of study, although experience in community service, sales, or organizations is advantageous

• Must possess a personal smartphone and laptop

• Willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends or holidays
