This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee sales-oriented community information within Salesforce.

• Verify solar and storage product offerings, pricing details, builder specifics, and all pertinent information essential for empowering downstream teams.

• Organize weekly community launch meetings with Account Managers to ensure accurate offerings, sales data, builder strategy approaches, and grand opening timelines before community launches.

• Create training materials and conduct sessions with builder sales managers and agents to guarantee alignment with Sunrun’s solar program expectations and requirements.

• Negotiate suitable cut-off timelines for homebuyer solar selection documentation.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with builder sales agents through regular communication and timely fulfillment of requests.

• Travel to assigned accounts 25% of the time to strengthen partnerships.

• Conduct training and educational workshops with designated builders to ensure a thorough understanding and adherence to Sunrun processes and offerings.

• Analyze reporting data to ensure consistency between signed buyer contracts and field installations.

• Address buyer escalations and propose innovative solutions to maintain collaborative relationships with agents.

• Keep community program details updated in Salesforce to ensure internal knowledge consistency.

• Resolve all discrepancies in buyer paperwork for each lot before the closing date.

• Confirm receipt of all buyer information for the entire community to enhance activation efficiency.

• Ensure all accurate homebuyer details are linked with the correct project within the community.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years of account management experience is preferred.

• Strong capability and enthusiasm for building meaningful relationships with builder contacts.

• A proactive attitude, drive, and adaptability to contribute to a new team enhancing the builder experience and Sunrun’s New Homes department.

• Ability to coordinate across various functions and provide guidance and clarity for both internal and external inquiries.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines while ensuring timely responses and deliverables.

• Experience in overseeing a large portfolio of projects.
