Community Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain a consistent presence in our Discord server, authentically engaging with our players across various channels, topics, and live sports events.

• Act as a reliable point of contact, promptly and effectively addressing player inquiries and requirements.

• Develop and implement community-focused initiatives such as giveaways, AMAs, live discussions, and themed events in collaboration with both internal and external teams.

• Track sentiment, player behavior, and emerging trends while regularly sharing insights to enhance products, features, and the overall user experience.

• Advocate for the community’s perspectives within the company while adhering to our brand's tone and standards.

• Provide coverage during peak sports periods — evenings, weekends, and significant game days (on a rotational basis).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in building, moderating, or supporting digital communities, ideally related to sports, gaming, or consumer brands.

• Strong knowledge of Discord, including moderation tools, roles, bots, and engagement functionalities.

• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and discussions tailored to specific communities.

• Exceptional written communication skills with a versatile tone: professional, playful, empathetic — adapting as needed for the situation.

• A strong sense of urgency and ownership — you are quick, proactive, and focused on solutions.

• Familiarity with Sportsbook or Daily Fantasy Sports products and the ability to discuss betting lines, major games, or prop picks effortlessly.

• Experience moderating high-traffic communities or social platforms during live events is advantageous.

• Awareness of responsible gaming practices and customer safety.
