
Communities Choice Ballot Administration – Social Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee updates and revisions for the Communities Choice ballot, which includes category modifications, additions or deletions of businesses, spelling corrections, and deadline-sensitive updates.
• Coordinate and address advertiser requests pertaining to Communities Choice campaigns.
• Assist in the execution and fulfillment of social media initiatives for Communities Choice promotions.
• Submit, monitor, and manage Meta partnership requests for scheduled social media content and paid partnership tagging.
• Collaborate with Promotions, Sales, Design, Events, and Social teams to accurately and timely complete campaign assets, approvals, and deliverables.
• Maintain tracking systems for ballot revisions, partnership approvals, campaign progress, and advertiser requests.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Meta partnership access, permissions, and platform functionality.
• Ensure that paid partnership and social media requests are in line with campaign schedules, client expectations, and platform requirements.
• Keep process documentation, workflow guidelines, and best practices for ballot administration and social campaign management up to date.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, communication, and campaign workflows.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities; capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
• Preferably experienced in promotions, campaign management, digital media, advertising operations, marketing, or design support.
• Experience in managing digital assets, workflows, and cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms, including Meta Business Suite and associated tools.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, paid social media campaigns, audience engagement, social analytics, and content optimization best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to digital platforms, user permissions, and account access.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, as well as cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Comfortable with learning and adapting to new technologies, systems, and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow automation, and project management tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Preferably experienced with HTML and CSS for basic web content formatting and digital campaign support.
• Graphic design experience and proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Experience in supporting sponsored social content and paid partnership workflows is preferred.
• Knowledge of social content scheduling, approval processes, and campaign execution is preferred.
• Experience with large-scale promotional, recognition, or voting-based programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is preferred.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook paid partnerships, or other social media advertising platforms is preferred.
