This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee updates and revisions for the Communities Choice ballot, which includes changes in categories, additions or removals of businesses, spelling corrections, and updates that are time-sensitive.
• Coordinate and fulfill requests from advertisers regarding Communities Choice campaigns.
• Assist in the fulfillment and execution of social media promotions for Communities Choice.
• Submit, monitor, and manage Meta partnership requests for scheduled social content and tagging of paid partnerships.
• Work in collaboration with Promotions, Sales, Design, Events, and Social teams to ensure campaign assets, approvals, and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain tracking systems for ballot revisions, partnership approvals, campaign progress, and advertiser requests.
• Resolve issues related to Meta partnership access, permissions, and platform functionality.
• Ensure that paid partnership and social media requests align with campaign timelines, client expectations, and platform guidelines.
• Keep process documentation, workflow guidelines, and best practices updated for ballot administration and social campaign management.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, communication, and campaign workflows.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and departments.
• Preferred experience in promotions, campaign management, digital media, advertising operations, marketing, or design support.
• Background in managing digital assets, workflows, and cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms, notably Meta Business Suite and similar tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing, paid social media campaigns, audience engagement, social analytics, and best practices for content optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to digital platforms, user permissions, and account access.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, as well as cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Comfort with learning and adapting to new technologies, systems, and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM, workflow automation, and project management tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Zapier, or similar systems.
• Preferred experience with HTML and CSS for basic web content formatting and support for digital campaigns.
• Graphic design experience and proficiency in using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Experience in supporting sponsored social content and workflows for paid partnerships.
• Knowledge of scheduling social content, approval processes, and execution of campaigns.
• Experience in supporting large-scale promotional, recognition, or voting-based initiatives.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook paid partnerships, or other social media advertising platforms.
