• The Communications Project Manager will oversee the coordination of cross-functional communications projects and act as the main point of contact between the Internal Communications team and internal stakeholders throughout the organization.
• This position is vital to the team's capability to execute complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives — including the organization's digital workplace modernization project — on schedule with clear accountability.
• Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Communications, the Communications Project Manager is expected to manage communications projects, coordinate stakeholder listening activities, establish a more intelligent communications metrics framework, and ensure governance for our digital workplace, creating a unified, data-driven, strategic communications system.
• Applicants must reside in the United States.

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, audience-appropriate materials such as briefs, status reports, and leadership presentations.
• Familiarity with internal communications practices and functions, including channel management and stakeholder engagement techniques.
• Proven intermediate skill in organizing and managing multiple simultaneous workstreams with competing priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Skilled in building and nurturing cross-functional relationships, with the ability to navigate organizational dynamics and influence without direct authority.
• Able to operate with a high degree of independence and judgment in a rapidly changing environment with shifting scopes.
• Proficient in anticipating problems, proactively surfacing issues, and proposing solutions before they escalate.
• Capable of handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient in facilitating working sessions, coordinating stakeholder input, and steering group processes towards clear outcomes.
• 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, organizational engagement, or a related field, demonstrating progression into strategic or leadership roles.
• A bachelor's degree in communications, organizational studies, or a related field; or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, defined deliverables, and accountability for timelines.
• The ideal candidate will have:
• Familiarity with digital workplace platforms, intranet ecosystems, or enterprise content management systems, with hands-on experience in the aggregator/hub platform landscape.
• Ability to design and maintain operational frameworks such as governance documents, editorial standards, or communications playbooks.
• Expertise in creating dashboards or reporting tools that highlight engagement data across multiple channels in a consistent, accessible format.
• Experience working in a communications or public relations capacity.
• Background in crafting written communications for internal audiences.
• Experience in building or contributing to communications governance frameworks or operational workflows.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
