This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Operate under the guidance of the Communications Officer
• Enhance Adoc Talent Management’s employer branding and visibility
• Contribute to the organization’s communication strategy
• Manage social media platforms and foster audience engagement
• Supervise the editorial calendar and produce content
• Moderate posts and evaluate performance metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in communications (equivalent to Bac +4 to Bac +5) or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of social media networks (LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Proficiency in Canva
• Strong spelling skills and a keen interest in writing
• Proficient in written English
• Prior work experience and/or familiarity with the research sector (an advantage)
• Detail-oriented, creative, and inquisitive
• Ability to synthesize information and adapt accordingly
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Apprenticeship contract commencing September 2026
• International team environment
• Collaboration across recruitment consulting, training, and innovation & research activities
