This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Calculate and project agent commission expenses as part of the monthly closing process.
• Review data entries, calculations, and outputs meticulously to detect discrepancies and implement corrections and revisions.
• Investigate and address inquiries related to agent commissions.
• Ensure that all agent levels, carrier levels, and agency levels are accurately reflected in the system.
• Serve as the point of contact for APL.
• Create and manage Excel reports utilizing commission data as requested by sales and finance management.
• Oversee and maintain reporting of individual agent balances, ensuring that obligations are correctly cross-collateralized among carriers.
• Download and manage third-party files to update the commission file, reformatting as necessary.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Provide assistance during audits when required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions.
