This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Delivers nationwide title services
• Tasked with supporting real estate transactions by researching public records and analyzing titles for properties to assess the legal status of property titles as part of a production center, branch office, or title team
• Gathers, investigates, and reviews public and tax records to ascertain liabilities and the legal status of the title and the insurability of primarily commercial or industrial property titles
• Produces precise and detailed title commitments in alignment with company examination and policy procedures
• Adheres to established procedures and guidelines
• Comprehends how assigned responsibilities connect with others in the team and how the team collaborates with related teams
• Affects the team's effectiveness through the quality of support provided
• Identifies and addresses typical issues; chooses solutions from predefined options
• Conveys moderately complex information in standard situations, usually within their own team
• Operates under general supervision with limited flexibility to adjust approach; functions as an individual contributor without supervisory duties; manages personal workload
• Commercial Title Examiner - Experience across multiple states preferred
• Title insurance experience is mandatory
• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Typically necessitates 2+ years of related work experience
