Commercial Title Examiner, CA Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Delivers nationwide title services.

• Tasked with assisting real estate transactions by researching public records and reviewing titles for properties.

• Gathers, investigates, and analyzes public and tax records to assess liabilities and the legal status of the title, as well as the insurability of primarily commercial or industrial property titles.

• Prepares precise and detailed title commitments in line with the company's examining and policy protocols.

• Operates under general supervision and influences their own team through the quality of support rendered.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Familiarity with Data Trace, Title Data, Title Point, ResWare, Aim+, ATS, Digital Reel, TitleWorks, or SoftPro is advantageous.

• Capability to search public and tax records to ascertain the legal status of property titles.
