This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Delivers nationwide title services
• Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by researching public records and reviewing titles for properties to assess the legal status of property titles as part of a production center, branch office, or as a member of a title team
• Gathers, investigates, and analyzes public and tax records to ascertain liabilities and the legal status of the title and insurability of primarily commercial or industrial property titles
• Generates precise and detailed title commitments in line with company examining and policy procedures
• Adheres to established procedures and guidelines
• Understands how assigned tasks relate to others within the team and how the team collaborates with related teams
• Influences own team through the quality of support provided
• Identifies and resolves standard issues; selects solutions from predefined options
• Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within one’s own team
• Operates under general supervision with limited capacity to alter approach; serves as an individual contributor without supervisory duties; manages own workload
• Performs any other tasks as assigned by management
• High school diploma is necessary; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Generally requires 2+ years of relevant work experience
