Commercial Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate, examine, and handle Marketplace quotes, ensuring the accuracy of pricing terms, contractual details, and effective dates.

• Manage product correction and cancellation quotes in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Verify quote and billing information before execution to mitigate downstream errors.

• Elevate unclear or non-standard quoting situations to senior specialists.

• Address daily requests from the Shared Services queue promptly and accurately.

• Assist in case routing, data validation, and the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Keep precise records and documentation in Salesforce and related systems.

• Collaborate with Senior Specialists within the Commercial Services team to support the Marketplace and Customer Success teams.

• Answer routine Customer Success inquiries regarding case status.

• Provide support across Marketplace quoting and Shared Services requests as necessary.

• Adhere to standardized processes and documentation for Marketplace quoting and Shared Services workflows.

• Recognize and report recurring issues or discrepancies to Senior Specialists for resolution.

• Engage in training and continuous learning to enhance proficiency across Commercial Services functions.

• Associate's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changes in a growing business environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with subscription billing, quoting, or contract administration is preferred.

• Understanding of SaaS or subscription-based business models is preferred.

• Interest in AI-enabled tools and process automation is preferred.
