Commercial Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Generate, assess, and process Marketplace quotes, ensuring the precision of pricing terms, contractual specifications, and effective dates.

• Handle product correction and cancellation quotes in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Confirm quote and billing information prior to execution.

• Raise ambiguous or non-standard quoting situations to senior specialists.

• Address and resolve daily requests from the Shared Services queue.

• Assist with case routing, data validation, and AI-driven workflow tools.

• Maintain precise records and documentation in Salesforce and related systems.

• Collaborate with Senior Specialists to assist the Marketplace and Customer Success teams.

• Answer routine Customer Success inquiries regarding case status.

• Provide coverage for Marketplace quoting and Shared Services requests.

• Adhere to standardized processes and documentation.

• Identify and highlight recurring issues or discrepancies.

• Engage in training and continuous learning across Commercial Services functions.

• Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands.

• Comfortable handling ambiguity and adapting to changes in a growing business.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management tools (preferred).

• Familiarity with subscription billing, quoting, or contract administration (preferred).

• Knowledge of SaaS or subscription-based business models (preferred).

• Interest in AI-enabled tools and process automation (preferred).
