This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee a team of Commercial Account Executives to guarantee consistent achievement of the sales quota, with a strong focus on New Logo revenue and enhancing deal velocity.
• Implement and strengthen core sales methodologies tailored for the mid-market, concentrating on effective prospecting, cold outreach, and new logo identification.
• Take ownership of enforcing sales execution in a high-volume environment, including thorough weekly pipeline reviews to ensure a 4x coverage for new logo opportunities is maintained.
• Assist PAEs in structuring opportunities, emphasizing rapid alignment for the initial land deal and providing coaching on how to swiftly secure an immediate expansion opportunity after the sale.
• Minimum of two years of sales management experience leading teams focused on the Commercial or Mid-Market segment.
• Proven experience managing representatives through high-volume, repeatable sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from low five to low six figures.
• Direct, hands-on sales experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of a formal sales methodology (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPIC) and the capability to teach and coach it effectively.
• Strong technical proficiency in SaaS solutions, with a background in digital compliance, DevOps, or related markets being advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
