This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee communication with dealers, truck stops, and truck fleets to surpass sales goals.
• Develop a prioritized list of target fleets and collaborate with Dealer Commercial Sales Representatives (CSRs) to perform daily sales outreach.
• Spearhead business planning initiatives with dealers to establish growth objectives and strategies.
• Promote the training and implementation of Bridgestone Fleet Care Solutions, programs, and sales tools.
• Track dealer inventory levels, anticipate future requirements, and gather competitive insights.
• Execute "Fleet Genba" activities (direct on-site observations) to gain insights into customer operations and propose solutions.
• Comply with safety protocols, customer safety standards, and appropriate PPE usage.
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience; or equivalent practical experience.
