• Generate leads and seek out new client opportunities.
• Cultivate strong Centers of Influence and network to create new business prospects.
• Complete and review the comprehensive client survey to collect all relevant information.
• Create and maintain active expiration lists utilizing both internal and external resources.
• Establish trusted advisor status with clients.
• Facilitate renewal strategy meetings.
• Contribute to renewal premium negotiations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a book of business with a minimum revenue of $500K.
• Producer license is required.
• CIC, CPCU, AAI, or AIS designations are preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Sales experience is essential, preferably in Insurance, including commercial property and casualty or related business-to-business sales experience.
• A commitment to ongoing education is crucial.
• Professional risk management guidance.
• Outstanding customer service.
