This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist in the commercial planning activities, including setting quotas, assigning territories, and analyzing sales coverage.

• Aid in the administration of compensation plans by gathering data, monitoring performance, and fulfilling reporting needs.

• Help document and reinforce established commercial policies, workflows, and expectations.

• Provide operational assistance to inside sales and commercial support (CSS) teams by clarifying processes, handoffs, and reporting requirements.

• Prepare analyses related to pricing, margins, and deals following existing pricing and discount guidelines.

• Facilitate deal desk workflows by coordinating deal submissions, preparing analyses, and tracking approvals.

• Maintain pricing reference materials, deal templates, and related documentation.

• Collaborate with Finance and Sales to review non-standard deals that require approval.

• Generate recurring sales, pipeline, and revenue reports for sales leadership.

• Create and maintain dashboards within CRM and reporting tools to monitor pipeline health, bookings, and sales activity.

• Support forecasting efforts by compiling data, updating forecasts, and analyzing variances.

• Convert data into clear summaries and insights for sales leaders and internal stakeholders.

• Act as the day-to-day operational administrator for the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), focusing on reporting, user support, and data cleanliness.

• Oversee data quality and ensure consistent adherence to CRM processes by sales teams.

• Collaborate with IT or external vendors to facilitate minor system enhancements and resolve issues.

• Assist in documenting standard opportunity management and reporting processes.

• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to address ongoing commercial reporting and operational needs.

• Support commercial operations initiatives such as reporting improvements, process updates, and the adoption of new tools.

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, data quality, and clarity of reporting.

• Participate in change management activities by aiding in communication and training related to commercial processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is required.

• 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related positions.

• Familiarity with sales analytics, forecasting, compensation support, and CRM reporting.

• Comprehensive understanding of CRM platforms, with a preference for Salesforce.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with advanced Excel skills.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, finance, and service teams in a team-oriented environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and enhance operational processes and workflows.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Skilled in organizing and interpreting data to produce clear, actionable reports.

• Capable of analyzing data and creating reports for senior leadership.

• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

• Leadership experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong customer service orientation and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Willingness to travel domestically as required.

• Must successfully complete a background check and drug test prior to starting the position.

• Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

• Experience supporting sales teams in a B2B or healthcare-related setting is preferred.

• Working knowledge of reporting and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.

• Experience is preferable within the healthcare or medical device sector.
