This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Proactively seek, pursue, and establish new Middle Market commercial relationships through disciplined prospecting, networking, and referral development that align with strategic growth priorities.
• Develop, maintain, and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects; adhere to established sales rhythms, activity expectations, and production objectives.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with centers of influence (such as attorneys, accountants, private equity firms, and industry groups); actively represent the bank through engagement in market and community activities.
• Collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, Commercial Payments, Capital Markets, and Wealth partners to create comprehensive, client-centered financial solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources to guarantee a seamless onboarding process for new clients, facilitating a smooth transition into ongoing relationship management.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of local market dynamics, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass assigned production targets related to new relationships, loans, deposits, and fee revenue.
• Operate within the bank’s risk appetite, ensuring that all prospecting, onboarding, and deal structures comply with credit, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Accurately track pipeline activities, report on performance, and forecast to enhance performance management and sales transparency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in commercial banking, business development, or relationship-based sales.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and originate new commercial client relationships.
• Working knowledge of commercial lending, deposit products, and treasury management solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
