Commercial Manager – Financial Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary commercial leader for the sales process targeting small to medium-sized private educational institutions;

• Oversee and facilitate strategic negotiations involving various stakeholders (school owners/maintainers, principals, finance directors, and academic directors);

• Guide, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of the consulting team, ensuring cadence, pipeline integrity, and sustained account development;

• Create commercial strategies and actionable plans to progress opportunities through the sales funnel;

• Track sales predictability, forecasts, and key performance indicators, ensuring disciplined CRM usage;

• Function with a significant level of independence in managing strategic accounts and major commercial initiatives;

• Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to maintain a consistent value proposition;

• Pinpoint opportunities to enhance processes, commercial strategies, and the operational efficiency of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2B consultative sales, characterized by lengthy sales cycles and multiple decision-makers;

• Prior experience in leading teams or individuals;

• Significant expertise with strategic accounts and high-stakes negotiations;

• Strong analytical abilities and a strategic outlook for pipeline management, forecasting, and prioritization;

• Willingness to travel domestically;

• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on active listening and the capacity to foster the development of others;
