This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Achieves set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Leverages Trucordia's sales and marketing resources to perform results-driven activities, including cold calling, in-person meetings, and presentations to secure new clients.
• Serves as a subject matter expert to excel in a selected focus area, enhancing the likelihood of sustainable success.
• Actively manages a portfolio of clients to ensure high renewal rates.
• Works together with Client Service to review renewal business and onboard new client accounts.
• Adheres to Trucordia’s sales methodologies and best practices, ensuring effective use of Trucordia tools and the sales management platform.
• Must possess a state-issued Property and Casualty or Life insurance license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an insurance sales position.
• Proficient in professional software applications, including Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Proven ability in analytics and effective communication, both internally and externally.
