Commercial Learning Content Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and develop high-quality educational content for sales, service, channel partners, and wider commercial teams, including eLearning modules, microlearning, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, videos, digital resources, job aids, and performance support tools.

• Translate intricate technical and commercial information into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences that promote understanding and application.

• Oversee the entire content lifecycle, encompassing creation, updates, version control, continuous maintenance, and retirement of learning materials.

• Handle multiple simultaneous projects, effectively balancing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic, global environment.

• Facilitate the governance, organization, and maintenance of learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is accessible and user-friendly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, or commercial training/support.

• Proficiency in creating and developing multimedia learning content, including video editing and graphic design, with practical experience using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, and Camtasia.

• Knowledge of commercial environments, including sales processes, CRM systems, and commercial enablement tools that enhance sales effectiveness.

• Strong understanding of LMS platforms and digital learning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI), along with experience in uploading, managing, and structuring learning content for global audiences.

• Experience in developing learning content for a diverse, global audience.
